The Oregonian reports that a Portland-area man has discovered the Rose Festival Medallion, a scavenger hunt prize that comes with $1000 cash, using only 6 out of 14 total clues, surprising the event organizers.
"I told my wife this morning, 'If they're going to put it in our backyard I'm going to find it,' he said."
And find it he did, deciphering the rhyming clues to discover the prize in a nearby park.
